Nike Grind Infill For Synthetic Turf

Nike Grind is an exciting new 100% recycled infill option. Hellas Construction leverages consumer-optimized “Green Rubber” formulation from high-performance footwear. Nike Grind infill is made of either pre-consumer production by-product from manufacturing centers, or post-consumer recoveries associated with Nike’s Reuse-A-Shoe program.

Nike Grind is made of contaminant-free recycled materials. Using a “slice-and-grind” technique, each shoe is cut into three slices — rubber outsole, foam midsole, and fiber upper. These slices are then fed through grinders and refined for use.

Nike Grind is a durable and performance-enhancing infill option that simultaneously closes Nike’s product lifecycle.
